(Thailand) was established in 2003 as a response to the regional
market’s need for a quality integrated manufacturer of prefabricated
buildings to service the industrial and commercial sector. From its
initial position as an Australian based company that specialized in
manufacturing prefabricated commercial and industrial steel
structures, its highly experienced team is able to offer clients a
complete service from design, planning, manufacturing, right through
to completion and commissioning.
Natural Insulation (Thailand) was established
in 1992 as a joint venture with Cool or Cosy (Australia) Public
Company Limited. A comprehensive technology transfer from its
parent company has positioned Natural Insulation (Thailand) as a
progressive company specializing in the manufacture, marketing,
selling and installation of high performance, durable,
environmentally friendly cellulose fibre thermal and acoustic
insulation products based in Thailand for the region. To date,
this technology has been implemented in over 4.1 building
structures in Australia and South East Asia. Our plant in
Thailand is currently supplying landmark commercial projects in
the Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore with
cellulose insulation and application technology for energy
efficient and environmentally responsible building structures
Krescon
has developed a propriety system wherein the major emphasis is
placed on prefabricated components for use in the construction
process. By doing so, demanding schedules within predetermined
budgets are consistently achieved. This technique has been pioneered
and proven on various projects throughout Australia
and has been successfully implemented in projects in Thailand. The
main advantages of this technique include minimal onsite welding and
wastage, resulting in cleaner worksites that requiring less
manpower, thus increasing site management efficiency.
As a complete turn-key solution provider, Krescon is also able to
provide clients with plant design and commissioning. Working with
various international partners, it can integrate handling,
packaging, and logistical support equipment into all projects.
